Most patients that come to White Sands Treatment Center use their private health insurance to cover the cost of their treatment. On some occasions, families without an approved insurance will privately pay for the cost of treatment. White Sands Treatment Center only accepts out of network insurance plans from all major health insurance providers and can work with your insurance company to locate an available solution within coverage guidelines.
We are well aware that entering treatment is a difficult decision to reach, one that takes great courage and determination. We enable you to focus on the journey of recovery by working with your insurance company to the best of our abilities and lessening any initial stress that you may have regarding funding. Our admissions coordinators have worked with insurance carriers directly for many years and will work diligently, so that you may get the proper care you need here at White Sands Treatment Center.

White Sands Will Work With Your Insurance Company Directly
Once patients are able to give White Sands Treatment Center the authorization to communicate with their insurance carrier, our admissions coordinators are able to work directly with their health care providers and therefore, assess exactly what benefits are applicable in their unique situation. This way we can match those to the treatment segments that will best suit their needs. While this process may seem too overwhelming for the patients themselves, our admissions coordinators are often able to provide a definitive answer of coverage within a few short business hours.
After coverage has been determined, our admissions coordinators will have a comprehensive list of any possible treatments that may not qualify for insurance benefit payment. This may include items such as an out of pocket deductible, or co-pay expense. Working quickly, our coordinators can provide you with all the financial information needed to make an informed decision as to your in-patient treatment options. It is our admission coordinators priority to settle all financial matters with your insurance carrier and outline just what, if any, cost will be required for your treatment to begin.
