Drugs can go by Many Different ‘Code’ Names

While drugs have their rightful names, they also go by street names which can be code for the certain drug itself. Unfortunately, being familiar with the popular street names of drugs can allow for a smooth and more secretive transaction as opposed to addressing the drug in its real name.

Substance: Marijuana

On street level, marijuana goes by a number of names. Some of the street names that marijuana can go by are:

Substance: Heroin

Substance: Cocaine

Ketamine is classified as an analgesia which can impair memory and can cause respiratory depression as well. When it is smoked, snorted, or injected, it gives the individual a high. Some common names for Ketamine are:

  • Super C

Substance: LSD

LSD stands for Lysergic Acid Diethylamide and works by increasing the core body temperature causes sweating. It also creates a feeling of dizziness and loss of appetite. Some common stress names for LSD are:

  • Acid

  • Yellow Sunshine
  • Blue heaven
  • Blotter
  • Microdot

Substance: Inhalants

Inhalants are particularly dangerous as these substances are available at your local store. Some examples of inhalants are propane tanks, whipped cream dispensers, nitrous oxide, hair spray, gasoline, glue, and felt-tip markers, just to name a few. Some common names for inhalants are:
